We manage properties in (and near) Edinburgh, Dundee, Forfar, Perthshire, Tayside, Angus, Fife, Stirling, Glasgow, Dumfries, and the Lothians.
You can browse our listings online, select a property you like, and contact us to schedule viewings. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the required documentation and move‑in procedures.
We perform standard referencing including credit checks, previous landlord references, and proof of income. Safety certificates, inventory checks, and tenancy agreement completion are also part of the process.
Tenants have a designated property manager. We respond to maintenance requests and aim to resolve issues quickly. Regular inspections (at least every 6 months) help us spot any problems proactively.
We aim for transparency. We will clearly outline all fees prior to entering into a tenancy. For example, there is a New Tenancy Fee on first securing a tenancy (and when tenants change over) in addition to the regular management or letting fees.

We offer a free, no‑obligation valuation. A property manager visits the property, assesses its condition, local comparable rents, and advises on how it could perform in the letting market.
Inspections are carried out at least every six months to ensure the property is being maintained and to identify any issues early.
We handle all end‑of‑tenancy tasks including issuing required notices, undertaking check‑out inspections, assessing dilapidations (if any), arranging returns of tenancy deposits through the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, and re‑marketing the property.
Every landlord has a dedicated property manager. We keep you updated via your preferred method (phone, email, in‑person) and provide regular statements.
