Moda Living provides deposit alternative renting across all neighbourhoods as standard, but we understand some residents prefer a traditional deposit option.

We use Flatfair to take you through this process and provide two payment options to securing your Moda home. You can opt to pay a smaller upfront payment of 1 weeks rent (plus VAT) which is non-refundable. If you prefer, you can select a traditional deposit option of paying 5 weeks rent upfront which is refundable subject to a satisfactory check out appointment.
